Pan Pacific DISCOVERY* is a loyalty programme centred around you, helping you savour every occasion, at home or away. It is also a part of the world's largest alliance of independent hotels with 40 brands and 800 over hotels around the world.

*Pan Pacific DISCOVERY Programme is not available at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Ningbo, and not applicable for stays at the serviced suites in Pan Pacific Hanoi, Pan Pacific Tianjin and Pan Pacific Xiamen.

You may sign up for our loyalty programme here, or through our Pan Pacific DISCOVERY app that you may download from App Store or Google Play.

You are able to access an electronic version of your Pan Pacific DISCOVERY membership e-card on your online account, or the Pan Pacific DISCOVERY mobile app*. Your membership number is all that is needed for recognition on your next trip. For dining privileges, please present your e-card. There will be no physical membership card issued.

There is no expiration date for the membership. Membership tier is based upon a rolling year for new members, then on the calendar year thereafter.

Pan Pacific DISCOVERY members earn D$ during eligible stays on net eligible spend. Earning will range from 4-7% depending on the tier level. D$ are credited to the member's account 1-2 days after check-out.

An eligible stay is a qualifying rate paid by a registered member at a participating Member Brand Hotel. A “Qualifying Rate” is a rate available to the general public for a room night. Qualifying Rates are determined by GHA, in its absolute discretion and may change at any given time, without prior notice. 

"Eligible Rates" shall not include, without limitation: (1) third party online retailer rates, such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline, Travelocity.com, etc. (2) tours series rates and charter rates (3) room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline or directly; (4) travel-industry staff rates; (5) any employee rates, employee family or employee friends discount rates; (6) other discounted rates; (7) any complimentary, free, traded or bartered night stays, or any stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers.

A member can redeem their D$ on net eligible revenue when they stay on a qualifying rate. D$ cannot be used to pay any tax and service charges.

Experiences are authentic, memorable and unique activities that provide members with opportunities to learn about themselves by exploring the world around them. They are available to our members with or without a stay.
